Holly S. Holly launched her career in résumé writing as a senior writer at a global Internet-based company, completing an intensive training program.  She was selected as one of three writers to travel to New York City to complete a career coaching program provided by Lee Hecht Harrison.  Following this comprehensive writing and coaching experience in 2002, she found a niche supporting major corporate outplacement projects. 

With a growing executive following in western New York, Holly expanded the organization to reach far beyond a regional company to achieve a strong national and international client base.  Currently, Holly specializes in résumé and biography writing, serving emerging leaders to C-level executives with the highest degree of excellence.   

In 1995, Holly received her Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Counseling from Methodist College, graduating with Honors.  A lifelong learner, she continually strives to stay abreast of current industry trends through self-directed study, professional memberships, and development programs, such as the Certified Professional Career Coach program, which she completed in 2007.  She is an active member of the Professional Association of Résumé Writers and Career Coaches (PARWCC) and Career Directors International (CDI). Considered an expert in her field, she has also served on the Credentialing Committee for PARWCC.
